Nature of Service

All products offered on this platform are digital and personalized reports, generated specifically based on the details submitted by the user (such as date, time, and place of birth). Once generated, these reports cannot be altered, reused, or reassigned.

No Refund Policy

Due to the instant and personalized nature of digital content, all purchases made on Ayantra Insights are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with the interpretation or content
  • Incorrect details entered by the user (e.g., wrong birth time or place)
  • Partial or full usage of the report

Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

Refunds may be considered only in case of genuine technical issues, such as:

  • Payment is successfully completed, but the report is not generated or delivered
  • Duplicate payment for the same order

In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof.

Cancellation Policy

Since report generation begins immediately after successful payment, cancellation is not possible once the payment is completed.

  • Reviewing all inputs before making payment

Ayantra Insights is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
